A Saison built on all raw ingredients from NJ. Brewed with orange peel, coriander and grains of paradise, gently hopped with Saaz and Perle and refermented on a light amount fresh Apricots.

At source: generally fairly clear with hazy thing starting at bottom. Aroma is straw, apricots, light spice. Taste is lightly funked, fruity. Apricot notes of course. Spicy tang.
