Brewed with Phantasm, a new brewing material made from NZ sauve blanc grapes meant to enhance the aroma and taste of the drinking experience. Hopped with cryro citra hops. Ripe mango and lychee sorbet with a peach fizz float, nectarine and melon slices with a vanilla custard sauce drizzled over.

Light white golden color. Lots of lemongrass and lime in the nose. Modestly juicy. Smooth palate. Medium body. I like the unique hop character but otherwise the beer doesn’t blow me away

Draft at Haymaker, 2/26/25. Heavy yellowish-orange color, with a white head and moderate lace. Tropical, mango, melon. Soft and creamy.

Draught at source: pours yellow with a white head. Aroma is tropical, wheaty. Nice. Sweet. Low bitterness.

Can from Alphabet City, Manhattan (April 2024). Pours hazy dark yellow with a large foamy off-white head, faint citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, bitter grapefruit-pineapple taste, thin body, long bitter finish. Solid DIPA.
