RIS – A blend of barrel aged Imperial Stout from last year's batch of Prince Myshkin carefully blended from a selection of three varieties of whiskey barrels, each with their own distinct characteristics. As a compliment to the full roasted body of our RIS, these barrels imbued bold flavors and aromas of vanilla, oak, coconut, molasses, and a light fruitiness. The maturation process also rounds out the body, creating a smooth and refined mouthfeel that further elevates the drinking experience.
