Beer-Wine Hybrid
French oak puncheon-aged ale with Alicante Bouschet grapes
To many, The Bruery is synonymous with experimentation via fermentation. Alicante is yet another journey inspired by curiosity and guided by taste. While most red wines gain their color from grape skin, the rare Alicante grape actually produces red juice. Big, bold flavors from standard in our beers are pleasantly complemented with juicy fruit flavors and an added complexity from the time spent in French Oak puncheons.
