Mountain Girl is a wonderfully aromatic and flavorful, unfiltered, German-style Hefeweizen. Cloudy in appearance with a refreshing wheat-based body, Mountain Girl delivers all the banana and spice notes from a classic Hefe.

Refrigerated 12 oz can poured into a glass. Hazy golden with big white head. Aroma is wheat esters, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is wheat esters, bubble gum, and a little clove.

Can from Nancy: pours slightly hazy gold with white head. Aroma is light clove and mellow banana... not really a huge nose. Taste is on point. Lightly sweet. Body a tad creamy.

12oz can. Unfiltered yellow-tan body. Creamy, steady, white head. Medium bodied, quite true to style. Creamy body, mouthfeel. Solid banana clove tone. Good.

Ever so slightly hazy golden coloured body with a super thin, pale white head, only a centimetre or so tall. Aroma of grass, very pungent wheat notes with bananas, yeast, curacao, cloves and a smooth bubble gum scent - very strong throughout and very enjoyable. Medium-bodied; The yeast, wheat and yeast flavours dominate with a ton of tastes, pungent throughout and super crisp with some apples, pears, light spices and full wheat noticeable throughout with some sweetness and residual bitterness from the yeast strain and all the malts. Aftertaste shows he strong wheat and pungent yeast flavours with a good deal of oranges and only a very subtle note of the clove and more pungent bak-end-notes. Overall, a nice enough beer that is mssing a tiny floral and more sweet hop notes with only a dash of the funk and complexity from the yeast strain and the florida brewers with almost nothing. I sampled thsi sixteen ounce, ,pint-zied can purchased fom Total Wine in Towson, Maryland on 27-May-2019 for US$1,9 sampled in my hotel room here in Columbia, Maryland on 03-December-2019..
