Mumruffin Medium Perry.

Long-tailed Tit (Aegithalos caudatus) or ‘Mumruffin’ in the old Pembrokeshire dialect. Like flying balls of fluff, these tiny birds are sociable and noisy and can often be found in excitable flocks of about 20 birds. They’re very happy foraging and nesting in the native woodland and thick hedges on the farm.

24/3/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear almost colourless with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is perry pear, baked, dried fruits. Fairly sweet with some dryness. Moderate body. It’s okay.

500ml bottle from Brooksgrove Farm. For #rgpm. Clear pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of perry pear, straw, funk. Taste is sweet and tangy, tart, perry pear, floral, fruity, citrusy, with some acidity and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying citric peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
