TenneSPON Traditionelle has a very pleasant citrusy lemon profile with nice acidity and tartness, slight minerality, and a layered, nuanced funk balanced by a dry mouthfeel. Corked and capped, we only packaged 888 bottles of our very first geuze-inspired sour.

Bottle at a DC Beer share, pours gold with some white head, a little haze over the body. Nose has lemon and green grape, some bright citrus, some funk. Lemon and white wine vinegar mixed with tropicals in the mouth. Citrus comes at the end. Finishes tart but a touch thin.

Draught at source: light gold with white head. Aroma is funky, sweaty, light fruitiness. Taste is lightly funky, sourish. Some aftertaste.

Bottle from Beerdome. Light hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, barnyard, citrus and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 250323
