On tap at Pacheco, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of bright passionfruit, saline, and gentle lacto. Flavour blends the passionfruit really nicely into the base, which still features salinity, light lacto, and hay. Not too sweet, nicely fruity, appropriately lactic, and nicely salty. Very good.

On tap at Pacheco. Pours murky pale blonde with a white head. Passionfruit, lemon sugars, citrus, and a touch of salt on the nose. Flavour has juicy passionfruit, gentle saline, and a touch of acidity. Fairly low carbonation. Pretty nice, reasonable balance between the fruit and the gose.

355 ml can. Cloudy yellow. Lactic acid, lime juice, passion fruit, sauerkraut, sea salt. Dry sourness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively to fizzy carbonated, dry sour finish. Good Gose, very refreshing especially here in the Tropical environment.

Can from explosivedog: pours yellowish with barely head. Aroma is passionfruit, minerally, lacto funk. Clean with mellow passionfruit notes.
