Back in December of 2019 we lost one of our best friends. The coolest, friendliest and most wonderful cats, Melvin. We decided to make a beer in his honor to reflect his loving personality. 10% of the profit from Melvin will be donated to Francis of Assisi Society for Animals based in Bennington, VT. We encourage anyone looking to adopt to reach out to FOA at francisofassisirescue.org
Melvin is an amber farmhouse ale fermented with mixed culture. Brewed with pale, biscuit and caramel malts. This is a 50/50 blend after spending a year in a combination of oak and stainless.

Bottle in VT. Nice acetic twang about it, leathery berries, sturdy acidity, earth, mellow funk, old moist wood, cherry, raspberry. Quenching. Good depth.
