Bottle in VT. Nice acetic twang about it, leathery berries, sturdy acidity, earth, mellow funk, old moist wood, cherry, raspberry. Quenching. Good depth.

Monk's bottle: pours light amber with white head. Aroma is fruity, candy, vinegar. Taste is sweetish, funky, nice aftertaste.

Bottle sample at a Yana's tasting at Max's place. Slightly hazy orange-amber. Funk, wine, wood, fruitiness, a bit floral, moderately sour. Very good.
