Its getting chilly in the mornings now, which means it’s time for AIN'T NO LOBOS to return! This is our take on a classic winter ale as we are getting excited for the upcoming season. We started by using a blend of rich base malts, combined with roasted and honey malts, giving a full body with base flavors reminiscent of dark honey wheat bread from your favorite Australian restaurant. Next we conditioned it on a careful amount of selected mulling spices to give it just the right flavor to remind you it's that time of year. This beer gives a warming cinnamon and clove aroma with a little candied orange peel and faint licorice carrying it into the malt forward body and a tasteful sweetness to round it out. The perfect beer to enjoy with family and friendos during the upcoming holiday season.

Can from Santa: pours reddish brown with beige head. Aroma is spicy and malty. Taste is spicy, way too spicy I think. Sort of sweet.

Tawny, no head, a bit of vanilla, medium body, not as much complexity as I'd expect.

Sampled from the tap at OHSO Indian School. Pours a clear amber red with a tan head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has sweet grains and light spice with some caramel and light flora underlying. Flavor has Christmas spice with some sweet grains and a bit of bread.
