A Czech style pils, seen through another lens. Using all US grown ingredients, we followed our usual enhanced decoction process and fermented low and slow with our house lager strain. The hops present more floral than earthy, and the malt character is both lighter and drier than our Czech style lagers. For this batch we used Deer Creek pils malt and US grown Saaz hops.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8.5
Draught in J-Town: pours pale gold with a white head. Aroma is grainy, lightly grassy. Fairly dry. Lightly bitter. Quite smooth.
