Huy, our rich and creamy Vietnamese Coffee Stout, is back! Over the past few years we’ve had fun playing with some different adjunct treatments, so we decided to get into the Fall mood with this batch and add Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans and a kiss of cinnamon along with the final addition of coffee post fermentation. Much like a dash of salt in your favorite dish, the vanilla adds to the already cocoa-forward malt profile bringing out intense bittersweet bakers chocolate depth, while the subtle touch of cinnamon lends an ever so slightly warming spiciness in the finish. Poured perfectly smooth from the nitro line. *contains lactose!

Draught at source: pours black with beige head. Aroma is cinnamon, coffee, dark chocolate. Taste is spicy, punchy, kind of sweet. Ample body. Generally pretty good.
