A malt forward lager, inspired by the more Munich-heavy Oktoberfest iterations of Germany. Brewed through our own lens utilizing a single decoction on a light and darker Munich-heavy grist of barley 100% grown and malted at @rabbit_hill_malthouse, Einfach is a comforting hug of seasonally appropriate layers of warm rye breads, malted milk, fresh toffee, malt-derived dark fruit/black cherry, and a pleasant though less-than-true-to-traditional-style balancing bitterness.

16 oz can from Kevin, thanks bud, 12/15/25. Clear caramel-orange color with a tan head and moderate lace. Malty, grainy. Caramel, bread. Earth. Clean and highly drinkable. Pretty good stuff.

16 ounce can from the brewery. Amber red color. Frothy beige head. Toasted malt nose. Flavor is toasted grain. Some caramel. A bit dry in middle. Earthy and bitter on backend. Decent.

Draught at Grand Delancey: pours amber with whitish head. Aroma is caramel, lightly earthy, grain. Taste is sweetish, lightly bitter. Solid.
