Brewed with two row, NY six row, wheat, and oats. Cool pooled in kettle with our favorite New Zealand hops, then fermented in stainless with our hazy house yeast. After fermentation we DDH it with a blend of New Zealand Hops and Citra. Notes of Sunny-D, key lime pie, and vibrant peach.

Pours a hazy, pineapple juice color, with minimal head. Aroma is floral, with some citrus and tropical fruit, but kind of smells like a cleaning solution. Flavors are citrus and tropical fruit, some breadiness. Mouthfeel is way too thin for the style. Mild hop bitterness in the finish.

21/04/2024 Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen - Intense juicy fruity aroma and taste, tangerine and pink grapefruit, nectarine and apricot notes, pine needless, dense sweet creamy malty backbone and body, assertive hoppy finish. Very nice.

Draught at source: pours orange haze with white head. Aroma is melon, orange juice, other fruitiness. Taste is sweet, with light tanginess and mild bitterness.
