For the third installment of our session IPAs, we decided to take a road less traveled. This resulted in us using Nelson Sauvin for all parts of the brewing process, giving notes of white grapes, gooseberries, and tropical fruit.

44 cl can. Pours hazy yellow, white head. Aroma is mild fruity. Medium dry and light fruity. Bitter and light herbal finish.

Can. An unclear golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of hops, citrus fruits, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, citrus fruits, and malt, leading to a bitter finish. 6/1/6/3/13

Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Hoppy aroma of tangerine and pineapple. Dry, smooth citrus flavour with a mild bitter finish.

Can @ HJ Hansen, Odense. Pours cloudy Golden yellow with a small White head. Herbal and green, gazoline and a stinch of citrus. Medium bodied.
