Draught at Mikkeller Kyoto. Almost clear golden, tall head. Bright noble hop nose, fruity citrus and spice, bready malt. Slightly sweet, nice spicy hops almost like an Italian pilsner, solid malt. Finish is very bitter, almost tannic, and a bit much, otherwise enjoyable.

Draft. A cloudy light golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught @ Bad Seed Beer Fest, 2024. Pours Clear Golden with a small head. Fresh grains and grass. Doughy. Clean. Lovely.
