PSZENICZNE – jasne, naturalnie mętne piwo górnej fermentacji, warzone przy użyciu jasnych słodów: pszenicznego i jęczmiennego. Piwo o bardzo wyrazistym aromacie goździkowym i owoców cytrusowych. W smaku lekko kwaskowate z białą, gęstą długo utrzymującą się pianą. Ekstrakt piwa 12,6° Plato, zawartość alkoholu ok. 5,4% obj.
Piwo pszeniczne pochodzi z południowych Niemiec, jako bardzo orzeźwiające było przeznaczone do konsumpcji latem. Obecnie produkuje się przez cały rok.

05-08-20 // tasting flight at the brewpub, Browar Piwna Gdansk. Very hazy murky but bright. Soft. Good ripe sweet bananas.

On tap at Browar Piwna, Gdansk. Very hazy golden with a decent, white head. Fresh fruity and wheaty aroma with light citrusy notes and hints of spices. Moderate sweet with flavour of slightly green bananas. Nice acidity and quite refreshing and enjoyable.

[ As Piwna Pszeniczne ].
ABV: 5.4%. Muddy matt medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, clove. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, weizen yeast, clove, banana, fruity yeast, wheat. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20190425]

Draught @ Browar Piwna, Gdansk. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, light sweet fruit, little grass. Flavor is light sweet, wheat, yeast, fruity. Thin to medium body average carbonation, light sweet finish. 051117

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours very cloudy, murky amber with stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast, with grainy notes and faint touches of hops. Sweetish flavour of malt, yeast and banana, with sourish, grainy notes and mild hoppy touches. Estery and sourish aftertaste. Quite okay but nothing really extraordinary.

On tap. Pours a very cloudy yellow color. Wheaty aroma, minimally fruity, a touch of orange. Taste is wheaty, slightly fruity, minimally spicy but sour.
