Bottle. Vintage. Pours Black with a small beige head. Soy, ashes, vanilla, chili, spices. Slick and super vinous. Sweet of course. Some real beer beneath the adjuncts. Warming finish.

Bottle: pours black with small head. Aroma is vanilla, cinnamon, chocolate. The coffee seems to have faded out mostly after a year. Taste is sweet, but for a contemporary IS, it is on the dryer side even. The slight pepper burn is there, but it is subtle. Nice.

ABV: 12.6%. Clear dark black colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, cocoa, cake - coconut - cinnamon, vanilla. Flavor is light heavy sweet with a long long duration, coconut, vanilla, coffee, almonds, roasted - dark chocolate, chocolate. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light to moderate alcoholic. [20200131]

No carb, all must have died in the bottle. Was the one I was most excited for :( I think? No spice or habanero or anything in sight. Just basey stout.
