Rated at Hitas Beer Lounge - Platinum Edition. Dry and earthy body with some sugary sweet boozy notes and strawberry juice notes mixed in, toffee, figs and syrup. Quite unbalanced, feels more like a fruit beer with some booze mixed in.

Bottle pours with a clear copper colored body that really has no head. The modest aroma offers up smooth soft caramel, supple strawberry goodness and then date to prune like fruity esters. The taste delivers smooth slick sweet malts and molasses that quickly become consumed with rich fruity strawberry. To midway it picks up a green sort of strawberry skin sensation that provides additional balance and depth. Great offering.

Bottle. Shared by Peter. Thanks. Pours amber red with a small head. Sweet and intense. Jam , strawberry, caramel and some obvious alcohol. It is sippable although the strawberry seems a tad artificial.

On tap at Taphouse CPH. Dark red amber with a small white head. Aroma of malt with a touch of strawberry. Sweet malty flavour with strawberry, caramel and lots of alcohol.

Tao @Taphouse. Clear dark red amber, small beige head. Strawberry and mild choc aroma. Sweet strawberry flavour, caramel, sweet malt, again a touch of chocolate. Tart and bitter strawberry finish.

Bottle pour during mcberkos powerful tasting. Reddish copper pour with a quick fading head. Overly ripe berry fruit, jammy strawberry and caramel like malts. Flavor is boozy, though I would expect it to be. Could be less smooth in the end. Long lingering strawberry jam. Really interesting brew here.

Poured from 12.7 fl oz bottle (2022 vintage). Quite hazy amber brown with minimal white head. Strawberry juice, balanced. A touch boozy on the finish, but enjoyable.

375ml @ Matt's new place during Andrew's visit. Appearance: hazy copper with a tan head. Aroma: booze, jammy (strawberry is barely recognized), oxidization. Taste: along the same line, sweet and sour jammy notes. No good body here, though, but that's what you are getting when you just dump the juice into a beer. Overall: emmm, meh.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy rusted red with a tiny head. Aroma is full of strawberry juice, light booze, and bready malt. Flavour is gently boozy, with lots of rich strawberry juice, gentle booze, and moderate sugars. The booze keeps the sugars controlled, and the strawberry flavour is quite nice. Not as elegant or complex as the famous Raspberry Eisbock, but still very nice.
