Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque dark brown with a creamy, beige head. Sweet vanilla aroma with warming Whiskey underneath pleasant wood. Rich, sweet body - as in VERY sweet. Malty, with molasses and overripe fruit and then distinct Whiskey and booze. A little less sweetness and this would be top notch. 290123

Bottle. Clear dark amber, lasting beige head. Caramel and wood aroma, a little chocolate, vanilla and mild whisky notes. Sweet flavour, caramely malt, sweet and warming whisky, wood and vanilla. Very nice.

Bottle from Bønnerup Fiskehus @ Fjellerup. Pours almost clear dark brown with a small tan head, sugary lacings. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, candy sugar, wet wood, spirits, light whisky. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, malty, caramel, brown sugar, bready, wood, whisky. Medium body average carbonation sweet finish with warming alcohol. 161022
