Some call him The Lager Lad, others The Pils Titan, but for the rest of us, he just goes by Sam. Sam has been asking us to make a Schwarzbier for waaaaaay too long, and so we finally made his dreams come true! We made it the way that he wanted, and as he says drinking our finished creation “My favorite part about a beer like this, is it seems like a stout in appearance, but when you drink it has the drinkability and balance of a lager”. Tastes like cold columbian coffee with milk chocolatey swirls, and bit sized nibbles of cacao nibs.
