Pale Lager brewed with 100% malted barley grown and malted by our friends at Rabbit Hill Farms in Shiloh, NJ. Hopped exclusively with Saaz. Inspired by traditional European Pilsner. Crisp and clean with notes of spring wildflower fields, new growth, and grassy breezes with a just firm enough noble bitterness.

Can from source: pours gold with white head. Aroma is rather grainy, bready, spiced. Taste is spicy and lightly bitter. Clean and flavorful.

Big grainy malt shines through. Nice light floral peppery noble hop profile. Pretty classic but definitely with a fresh bright new world/contemporary flourish

16 oz can from The Seed, 8/28/22. Canned 7/27/22. Clear yellow, white head, minimal lace. Grass, spice, hints of citrus. Tingly and cleanish. Good beer.
