Brewed with our west coast buds at North Park Beer. Robot FU uses both classic and modern techniques-a base of clean pils malt with idaho 7 in the kettle gets absolutely crushed with double dry hopping additions of more idaho 7, mosaic, and nelson, as well as a healthy addition of concentrated Citra incognito, right in the tank.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8.5
Draught at Jenkintown: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is piny and grapefruit. Idaho 7 doesn't bother me Here. Lightly bitter. Pretty easy to drink.

Taste just as a North Park west coasts do. Sublime. The Wire, edible, Buffalo chicken mac and cheese with asparagus. Thanks Steve! Makes me want to go back to Cali, Cali, Cali, or just take Septa to the Bot.
