Draught at source: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is mellow light funkiness, yeasty, earthy. Taste is lightly sour, funky. Good.

Grapefruit Bretta and unripe nectarine. Lime. Golden pour with decent head. Tart finish. Has potential but lacks depth. Bottle thanks to beastie.

Poured a clear yellow color with a very wispy white head. Aroma was sugar, sweet tarts, with more tart than sweet. Funky, more funky than I expected this to be.

375 ml capped bottle courtesy of my secret santa, beastiefan2k. The pour is a cloudy golden yellow with a billowy three inch snow white head. The head falls noisily with minimal lace. The aroma is a soft, super engaging funk and sour nose, nice citrus, and a bit of flint earth. The taste is really refined, gentle funky citrus sour, clean, super soft lactic sourness, almost no discernible acidity. The palate is medium to light bodied, fine active carbonation and more of the gentle funk and soft sour to the finish. Beautifully constructed beer, this was a gem, Eugne, thank you for sending it my way.
