Alez fajowe mineralne, lekko slone na ustach w pierwszym spotkaniu, musnieciu, moze to dzieki orzechom macadamia. Wyraznie je czulem, mimo ceny nie czesto je jadlem ale z pewnoscia naleza smakowo do moich ulubionych. potem jest wanilia, czekolada a na koncu ta Marsala. Nie bede tu sie opisywal niczym Maklowicz na Sycylii wychwalajac Marsale, ale jest czerwono winnie, slodyczy nie za wiele, mimo pozorow. ABV: 8.5%. Clear dark black brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, chocolate, cocoa, sweet malt, dark malt, chocolate - vanilla, light to moderate roasted. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, cocoa, chocolate, chocolate - vanilla.
