Brewed with floor malted Moravian barley and 100% Czech Saaz hops. Double decocted over direct flame heating and lagered for 4 weeks. We decided to present this beer unfiltered for a more raw and full drinking experience. Nutty wheat bread, lemon pith, and plenty of that mellow Saaz to balance it all out.

Draught in Jenkintown: pours yellow with white head. Grainy, slightly nutty (they were not kidding). Smooth, somewhat bitter. Crisp. Nice body. Good.
