Introducing our Single Axis Series. This series will highlight a single hop to allow you to fully appreciate the myriad of flavors and aromatics a single strain can contain. For the first in the series, we are highlighting Simcoe. Simcoe is a hop with more depth than most, exhibiting earthy, piney notes as well as an explosion of fruity aromatics. It provides perfect balance and our intention is to showcase that. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Draught at Jenkintown: pours sort of hazy yellow with white head. Aroma is piny, citrusy, some peachy notes. Taste is slightly bitter, sweetish. Full fruit flavor. Nice piny touch. A solid beer

16 ounce can from Jenkintown brewery. Hazy, yellow gold color. Firm, pillowy white head. Bready malt aroma hints at citrus peel and grapefruit. Flavor follows nose. Bready malt, sweet citrus, grapefruit, pine and herbs. Great flavor and balance.
