Base of German and Vienna and a touch of dark Munich malts. Sweet toasted malt flavor and aroma. Tettnanger hops in the mid boil and a finishing addition of Saaz hops for a hint of spice to the clean finish.

Draught at Bear Branch: pours amber with white head. Weak caramel and sort of grainy stuff. Plenty drinkable. Lightly bitter. Not terrible.

12oz can. Poured a dark golden color, very light copper. Medium sized white head. Aroma was sweet malts, corn, sweet malts. Light grassy notes. Okay stuff.

Sampled at the brewery pours a darker gold with some ringing white head. Nose has malt, corn, yeast, dough, corn syrup. Flavor has lots of sweetness with corn and malt, some rubber or industrial notes, some grass bitterness. Finishes a bit harsh across the palate. 5 2 5 2 7
