Pale, slight haze. Juicy, pithy, beautiful brett, floral, great pale malt backbone is just enough. This comes together execeptionally well.

Draught at Village, HI: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is sweaty, funky and grassy. Taste is funked up, bretty, a bit bitter. Nice.

A dink pour shared with Matt. Appearance: a bit hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: lots of citrusy with some baking spices. Taste: along the same lines, quite bold, wild yeasts. Overall: interesting.

On tap at Garden Path, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out grapefruit peel, citrus hops, and wild yeast in good cohesion. Flavour is unusual, with overripe citrus fruits, citrus hops, and wild yeast. Not as complex as some of their others, but the overripe fruit melds well enough with the rustic character. Good stuff.
