Collaboration with Di Bruno Bros. Soak up the sun as you walk through the lemon groves of Italy’s Amalfi coast. We started with a single decoction/cereal mash with US pilsner malt and corn, hopped with German spalt hops, and finished with a long steep on dried lemon peel. The result is a light, dry and spritzy summer refresher with a light lemon character front and center, and floral hops lending a hand to pull it all together.
