Brain Splatter Matter is our recent #BrewCafè darling and all around crowd-pleasing crusher. Brewed with tons of drippy lychee and bundles and bundles of fragrant lemongrass and hopped with Galaxy and Columbus before being bashed into pink mist with another dry-hopped helping of Galaxy and Amarillo. Notes of lemon/lime fruit juice popsicle, lychee punch, and rose water. 5.5% abv

Can at Fermentaria: pours somewhat hazy yellow. Aroma is citrusy. Taste is fairly bitter and dry. Not bad, but nothing special.
