The hundred year anniversary of our ever-evolving Corn Crib barn — formerly to store animal feed, now brewhouse — is the inspiration for this Pre-Prohibition American Lager. We make this beer with a locally sourced, multi-grain grist. This includes landrace corn that's been grown in our region for a very long time. Corn Crib is also made with a new barley type that we and other local farmers have just started growing for the next generation of beer. Anchored in the past; embracing the present; focused on the future.

Draught at Owl Farm: pours gold with white head. Aroma is corn, a little bit of funkiness, grain, lemon. Taste is tangy, lightly bitter. Nice.

Pretty crisp and bitter for a corn lager. Almost a saazy type feel. Golden pour with decent head. Crisp finish.

Can. Pours a golden hue with a large white head. A big sweet malty nose. Grainy. Smooth, rich, lots of sweet grains, corn, some perfume, lemongrass. Very fun.

16oz can pours a clear gold, big frothy white head. Nose has grist and corn and flowers. Simple but clear. Tastes like beer... sweet grains and malt, corn, some yeast and dough now, floral. Just off dry finish, medium bodied with some decent tannins. Super duper easy to drink.
