On tap at MBCC 2025, yellow session. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Tons of roasted malts, dark chocolate, bread crusts, cognac on the nose. Flavour has roasted malts, dark chocolate, wafers, cognac barrels. Nice.

Canned at Aurora's bday. Black with tan head. Roasty, chocolate, quite thick, bourbon, way too sweet, sticky. Oily. Medium to full bodied.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Viscous black, no head. Intense woody nose with brandy and caramel. Sweet with full body and viscous mouthfeel. Chocolate and brandy. Woody, boozy finish.

(thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small white head. Aroma is syrup, some chocolaty and mild nutty tones with some toffee to it. Flavour is chocolate, syrup, nutty, some roasted elements and alcohol is felt, but doesn't ruin anything. Nice one!

Having high hopes. Smell- weak to medium, caramel, malt, chocolate, faint roast, sweetness, chocolate cake. Foam- medium to thick, malt, caramel, sweetness, weak roast, chocolate. Tingle tongue a bit. Head is tiny dark brown in color. Appearance- Simple label with some cellar photo, but I somewhat like it. From - pint Taste - thick, sweet, caramel, chocolate, faint roast, cake, sugary, alcohol is well hidden behind that. It's not the best pastry stout from this brewery, but it's up there. I like sweet stuff.

Tap at Drinkoteka for the 7th Anniversary Tap Takeover. Black body, dark brown head, but not much of it. Toasty, caramelly aroma, alcohol, barrel touches, light bourbon notes. Sweetish taste, dry caramel, brown sugar, bourbon notes, ending dry enough not to bother. Very nice overall!

Tap.Pitch black colour with no head.Aroma is sweet warming with note of of barrel and Cocoa and coffee nice sweet warming taste nice overall kind of stout.
