Po Hellesu jsme spolu s Elfem z brněnské pivnice Malt Worm uvařili další pivo z bavorské provenience. Tím je German Pils nesoucí název "Pils?". Použili jsme světlý humnový slad a dvě odrůdy chmele z oblasti Hallertau. 11.8°

Tap at Poctivej výčep. Clear golden body, thick, lasting white head. DMS over some bready maltiness, herbal hoppy undertones. A heap of corn bread in the taste, weirdly, over a nice herbal bitter finish. Hm. Shame about the DMS, excellent otherwise...
