Our new 'west coast' lager is here! This time we brewed up our story about one of the west coast band lyrics with our friend Ugo Stegnjaić from King's Brew.
This heavily hopped lager with Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic and Strata is a kind of homage to the prematurely deceased Taylor Hawkins from one of our favorite bands. So enjoy, and let's make a toast.

Dark golden colour with medium white head.Aroma of grass and grain nice malt and hops flavours good well balanced biscuits and grass note good by style beer.

Can, 0.5l. Cloudy golden pour, two finger frothy white head, good retention, lasting head, sticky lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, grassy and herbal notes, citrus in the background, mild pine. Medium body, medium carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture, lightweight, fizzy, refreshing. Balanced bittersweet taste. Aroma of grassy hops, citrus, pine. Herbal and floral notes, earthy, minerals. Malty background. Medium lasting finish, dry, lingering hop bitterness. Refreshing.

Can at Ambasada, shared with Hrabren. Slightly hazy golden body ,off-white head. Peachy, lightly herbal, quite floral hoppy aroma, clean maltiness. Dry taste, sweetish, herbal, floral, bit fruity, ending lightly tart and bitterish. Good stuff.

0.5 l can shared with Marko at Ambasada, Zagreb. Clear golden, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy aroma, herbal, piney, wild herbs, spice, oregano. A sweet malty note, hints of honey. Light body, drinkable, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. Malty and lightly hoppy flavour, mostly herbal. Dry finish. Good balance. Drinkable.
