M8 Session APA is a light, top-fermented, and very refreshing beer – perfect to drink during hot days. We promise it won’t make you dizzy because it has the lowest alcohol content of all our beers. The lighter body is balanced by a stronger zest profile and a blend of hops including the Simcoe and Amarillo varieties. These flavors impart a floral aroma as well as both apricots and peaches, along with some sourness of grapefruit and lime. That all creates an interesting and fresh combination. M8 has a bright, light-yellow color that enhances the impression of lightness, freshness, and drinkability. The alcohol content is 3.4% ABV.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours blonde, transparent, with medium grained white foam. Aroma is a little weak, floral and honey. Body is average, with light carbonation. Taste is moderate in both sweetness and bitterness. Final is fairly dry, with bitterness.

Thin body, a bit watery. High carbo. Med-high bitterness, low sweetness, quite dry. Quite light caramelly maltiness, otherwise medium grassy, med-light citrusy, light exotic, earthy hops character. Light minerally water character. Drinkable, but a bit boring.

Tap at Vinohradský's 10th anniversary. Hazy golden body, whtie head. Peachy aroma, peach ice tea really. More of the same in the taste - peach ice tea, ending lightly pellety, a bit dry, quite pleasant!

Keg at Vinohradsky Praha, 05/06/24. Hazed orange topped with a white head. Nose is orange zest, grass, melon, citric tinged straw. Taste comprises orange pith, pine needle, grass, papaya. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Not bad.
