Arctos comes in from the cold and now emerges as a West Coast IPA. Arctos is still dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe now just with a bigger West Coast bite.

Can to becher pint glass.
Appearance: glossy yellow transparent color with a one finger white foamy head which dissipated finely to leave some light semi-sticky lace
Aroma: citrusy to danky onion to clean grassy and piney hop blend and some papaya flesh and orange pulp character which rolls into the blend with the crackery malts
Flavor: combines all the prior mentioned aromas together bittersweetly and eloquently; subtle crisp papaya and danky onion sweet aftertaste
Texture: medium bodied; good as a sipper; semi-smooth along my tongue; finishes somewhat danky and orangey with the papaya
Overall: I'd say a pretty nicely done IPA I believe was done up in a West coast style and very worthy of returning to.

Can at Laďa's humanitarian PNW tasting for Ukraine. Hazy paaaale yellow body, off-white head. Tropical fruit notes, brown sugar, citrus fruits, light resin and lighter onion in the perfumey, lovely aroma! Dry taste, more on the oniony side, orange, papaya, other citric notes, medium body, medium to low bitterness. Bursting with hops still and in a good way! Great job!

16 oz can from Half Time, 1/27/22. Canned 11/22/21, Dances with Hops. Mostly clear golden color, think white head. Zesty orange / grapefruit, good bit of spice, with a dank / pine finish. Fairly clean, bright. Quite good. Have heard this brewery name a lot, but don't know anything about that other than something with these Island Bois internet guys that I'm definitely way too old / internet culturally dumb understand, but yeah, this is my first beer from them, and it is quite good.
