Velmi chutny kyselac. horky suchy kysely

Tap at NaPalmě. Managed to miss the tap takeover by one day... Damn... Murky, bit chalky ruby body, thick pinkish head. Sour cherry in the aroma, bit phenolic, spicy, hibiscus vibes though it allegedly doesn't contain it. Soft taste, phenolic-spicy-peppery, mild fruity sweetness, vague tartness. Philly sour? Banana? No? Chocolate and vanilla? Maybe but microscopic. Yeah, a bit disappointing.

Draught @ Pivni Rozmanitost, Prague. Pours slightly hazy red with a small offwhite head. Aroma of light malt, light sourness, yeast, red berries. Flavor is lightly sour, light malt, yeast, red berries, light cherries. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, light acidic finish. 080824

Tap at Kollarko. SQBRU is straying further away from god with their latest releases. That is not bad, I am actually glad, but this beer is a prime example of something interesting, but not very tasty imo. Moderate sourness, med-light sweetness. Moderate chocolate combining with slightly acetic and a bit bretty character. Cherry actually hard to find, but maybe it is just naturally fermented. Hard to tell. Overall feels just weird, slightly off too. Average.
