Reviewed from notes.
Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: dark amber to copper color with a two and a half fingers of eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: grassy hops, some herbal to floral hops, biscuity tones, bready tones, earthiness and a little bit of caramel/toffee character
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together for a mild malty semi-bitter quality; finishes floral to herbal hoppy with the bitter malty tones
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to medium, sessionable, some smoothness and some dryness as well
Overall: I believe it works as an ESB as it seems kinda cleaned up from the older ones of it's style with the "soapier"-ish tones. Pass the fish n' chips please for this one!

Can (10/5/20) pour from Harvest Wine & Spirits, West Hartford. Appearance is cloudy caramel color with particulates in suspension and the bottom of the glass, thin cap of beige head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong toffee and crackers. Taste follows aroma. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and dry, crisp, crackery finish. Overall, basically ticks the boxes. Decent enough but prefer their IPA's.

16 oz. can shared by tfontana. Thanks Tom. Born on 10/05/20. Aroma is ale yeast, dried leaves, toffee. For the style is is about right. Could use some crisp element to freshing it up.
