This absolutely huge stout falls somewhere between fortified wine, a cordial, and beer. After fermentation the beer was rested on Amburana wood chips and coffee from Brazil. Subdued flavors of cardamom, cinnamon and vanilla from the wood meld wonderfully with medium roast Bahia beans from Iron Star roasting in Pittsburgh.

Big vanilla vibes. Little cinnamon taste, big on the nose. Blends excellently together. More of a fancy coffee, than a traditional black coffee. 🇧🇷

Draught at source: black with beige head. Milk chocolate and freshly ground coffee aromas. The coffee is really nice and fresh. Taste is sweet, coffee. Very smooth. Excellent.
