Chock-full of our hand-selected Amarillo, Simcoe, Cascade and Nelson Sauvin hops. Light bodied, with firm, earthy bitterness on the finish. Can, from Broadway Dive Bar, Manhattan NYC (Apr 2025). Pours faintly cloudy golden with a small foamy off-white head, orangey aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter orangey taste, faint alcohol undertones, thin body, long orange peel finish. Smooth and tasty!

16 oz can from Paragon, 1/24/25. Hazed yellowish color, white head, fairly heavy lacework. Less clear than a typical “WCIPA” would be. Grassy and a little citrus. Somewhat bitter. Plenty of flavor. Good stuff.

On tap at KCBC, pours a hazy yellow blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some tangy hops, light pine, gentle wood, some dankness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has plenty of chewy pine, gentle tangy hops from the Nelson, and crisp biscuity malt. Good mix of WC-style hops with the Nelson. Very good.

Draught at source: pours deep good with white head. Aroma is piney, soapy, some grapefruit notes. Taste is subdued bitterness, but definitely gets more bitter in the finish and aftertaste. Not very sweet.
