We love pushing boundaries while still holding true to German lagerbier traditions. This is our homage to German Pilsner. Step-mashed, unfiltered, naturally carbonated, and cold-conditioned for 2 months. 100% German Weyermann Barke Pilsner Malt and 100% German Tettnanger Hops.

From a pint can purchased at the brewery. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head. Aromas of lemon and pie crust. Flavors are surprisingly hoppy. This is a pilsner a could drink all day long.
