Draught at Archea: pours pinkish red with a whitish head. Aroma is raspberry and light funkiness. Taste is slightly sweet, sour and not acidic, some bretty sort of nuts. Wild yeasts pulling their weight in a nice way. Raspberry syrupy aftertaste.
