We brewed this one with barley, oats, spelt, and wheat. Then we hopped it heavily in the spinner and the dry hopper with luscious sacks of Strata and Cashmere. Even just spilling this beer on a table is a delightful sensory experience, but all the more so if you manage to drink it all. Notes of strawberries with sweet dark red flesh, fresh squeezed mandarin juice, ripe mango, aromatic hop oils jumping from the glass, and a fresh bowl of marihuana.

16 ounce can from brewery. Slightly hazed yellow gold color. Massive pillowy white head leaves spotty lacing. Aroma of passion fruit, strawberry, bubble gum and citrus. Sharp notes of citrus and red berry flavors upfront. Added notes of melon, lemon and lime on backend. Peppery hops in finish.

Undated can drunk 10/4/23. Murky brass. Big ol yellowish head. Great retention. Lots of mineral, funk, sweat, heavy ester, but no bubble gum. Almost Belgian. Juicy, lightly bitter, lots of cracker, lemon, mineral. Starfruit? Passion fruit? Sweat, spice, cracker. Hot ester and phenol but it's fuckin killer! Crazy ass IPA, but so much more interesting and dry than most out there.

Draught at source: pours lightly hazy with a white head. Aroma is fruity, sort of hop soup. Taste is a bit oniony, sweetish, spicy.
