Gold pour. Thin foam. Even and scattered lace around the glass. Sweet flavor of lemongrass with a slight citrus finish. Light bodied and light carbonation

16 ounce can from Lower Merion Beverage in Ardmore, PA. Slightly hazy yellow gold pour. Large, pillowy off-white head. Spotty lacing. Earthy, grainy malt aroma. Flavor is earthy grain, herbal hops, lemon zest and light minerality. Tasty.

Pours hazy gold into a stang. Bright white head with excellent retention. Biscuit and hay aromas. Soft with sweet caramel, meadow, hay and earthy biscuit front to back. Nice.

Canned July 2022, drunk 9/28/22. Clear, bright blonde-brass with a large, well-retained, white head. Dainty nose of hay, fresh herbs, mineral and hints of dainty honey. Very aromatic, clean and mineral-laden. Soft and very malty, with a big texture and tight carbonation. Great attenuation, with lingering biscuit and honey. Rich herbal notes emanate more with warming, with balancing bitterness lingering. Again, as with many/most of their beers, incredible how much flavor and texture they get in to such low abv's. But thus is the reward of great brewing.

Draught at source: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is light fruitiness, bread, mellow hops. Taste is sweet, bready, low bitterness. Solid.

Side pour at F&M. World Class stuff. Doughy medium body, flowery hop balance. Perhaps a little fruitier tasting than in Cologne. Mineral dry hop balance, bolder than typical as well. Good stuff.
