Draught at TOH: pours gold with white head. Aroma is light yeast, light spice, minimal fruitiness. Fairly dry. Lightly bitter. Solid.

5oz pour at TOF, aka, The Owl Farm, pours a clear, dark gold with some sudsy white head. Mosaic jumps out of the glass, grassy, creamy almost, some candy and pale grist, some potpourri. El Dorado comes in the flavor, lemony, the Mosaic still shining with green grass, some melon and tropical now, a little candy. The Belgian base arrives with a peppery back end. Nicely made and nicely balanced.
