The new special Tukan Sour / Lime Thai Basil from Varionica was created in collaboration with Tukan greens. As the name suggests, this is a refreshing and citrusy sour enriched with the freshest Thai basil from Tukan greens. Very drinkable, acidic sour with aromas of lime and herbal and spicy notes of Thai basil. Very slightly hoppy
You can try this summer beer fresh on tap in selected bars.

On tap at Ambasada. Cloudy golden with small white head. Nice citric spicy notes. Touch of tobacco. Refreshing and fun.

Tap at UPS Fest 2024. Hazy golsen body, off-white head. Minty, sweetish taste, spicy, lightly citric, light phenolics. minty taste, bit citric and tart, sourish. Pretty okay, but didn't feel like having another one.

On tap at Ambasada, Zagreb. Clear golden with amber hue, small off-white head. Aroma is lemony, lime, zest, basil, herbs and spice. Hints of yoghurt and sharp lacto. Moderate sourness, light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. Fruity and herbal, minty, basil, lemon and a tropical touch, berries, pineapple. Lasting dry finish.

On tap at Goblet Zagreb. Dark golden coloured, medium sized white to off-white head, light lime and basil in the nose. Discinct lime and light basil with herbal and mild citrusy nose. Sourish finish. Not bad.
