Dill in aroma. Starts fresh and with a salty edge. Then mushroom powder in the finish and aftertaste. Very interesting and well made.

Tap at Permanent Pragovka Sour Fest. Clear pale yellow-golden body, lasting thick white head. Citric-lactic aroma, light dill. The taste is along the same lines, clean, citric-lactic, with a well-dosed dill presence and some mushroom umami giving light kulajda notes. This is tasty by all means, a pretty cool experiment!

Tap at Permanent Pragovka sour fest. Smells sulfury, like recently used fireworks. Also tastes like that, but a bit less. Thin bodied, moderate carbonation. Med-light mushrooms and light dill, actually dilly tasting. I once used dill in a beer and it was rather flowery, this evokes actual dill. Overall nice, it somehow works. Good one.
