Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As East London Lamplighter ].Clear medium brown amber colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, caramel, sweet malt, light wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, wood, caramel, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170808] 6-3-6-4-13

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 1. A clear orange brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of reddish malt, nuts, mild bitter hops. Taste of mild citrusy hops, caramel, red malt.

Gravity dispense at the Wandsworth Common LBA fest, Le Gothique, 24/07/14. Chestnut brown with a moderate beige covering. Nose is toffee, nutty, mellow fruit notes, earthy, hint of mineral. Taste comprises light citric vibes, orange peel, perfumed flavour, toffee, light spice. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light bitter notes in the finish. Ok.

Cask at the Clapton Hart - London. Pours clear, dark amber with a bubbly head. Solid beer. Some lightly toasted malts, hints of cocoa, leaves and dried fruits. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Good condition. Balanced finish, more lightly toasted malts, grapes and ripening fruits. Nice.
