Thin body, med-light carbo. Very high sourness, mostly lactic, also med-light acetic. Medium kdoule, also medium classic barnyard. Elegant, tasty, very good.

Tap at Wild Beer Day 2024. Dry, oaky aroma, notes of vanilla, floral touches, fruity (some quince), light wood. Lean, soft, dry, subtle taste, oaky, well integrated light quince, delightfully balanced overall, subdued but elegant.
